Terms of Service

1. About Us

Pro-Autocraft is a professional alloy wheel repair and refurbishment business based in West Drayton, Middlesex. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotes provided via WhatsApp or in person are estimates based on the information and images supplied. The final price may differ following physical inspection of the wheels. We will always confirm the final price before commencing any work.

3. Booking & Visits

All visits to our workshop — whether to drop off wheels, collect completed work, or for any other reason — must be agreed in advance via WhatsApp or phone call. We operate as a small specialist workshop and cannot accommodate unannounced visits whilst work is in progress for other customers.

A visit is confirmed only once a specific time and purpose has been mutually agreed — for example, confirming via WhatsApp that you will be dropping off two wheels for powder coating at a specified time. Please do not arrive without this prior agreement in place.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Completion may be affected by the extent of damage discovered during the repair process, the availability of materials, workload, or unforeseen personal or private circumstances beyond our control.

We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any changes to the agreed timeframe as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full upon collection of your wheels. We accept bank transfer and cash only. Work will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed in full.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

All wheels are inspected upon drop-off and any pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions present at the time of receipt will be noted. Pro-Autocraft accepts no liability for damage, defects, or structural weaknesses that were present prior to the commencement of work.

We recommend customers inspect their wheels with us at the point of drop-off and raise any concerns before work begins.

7. Uncollected Wheels

Completed wheels must be collected within 14 days of notification unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance. Pro-Autocraft reserves the right to apply a storage charge for wheels retained beyond this period. We accept no liability for wheels left on the premises beyond 30 days without prior agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pro-Autocraft's liability is limited to the value of the repair work carried out. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the repair, delay, or collection of wheels, including but not limited to loss of use of a vehicle.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
